Trip Overview
For over 15 years, we have been going to the summit of Mount Shasta. With over 50+ summits, your guide Shane knows Shasta! Join us and let Shane show you firsthand the difference a personally guided trip makes!
This 2-day trip is an accelerated version of our 3-day trip. We’ll go to the summit of Mount Shasta via the standard Avalanche Gulch route. This accelerated 2-day trip is ideal for climbers with great physical fitness or previous mountaineering experience who want to summit Mt Shasta with a guide. We’ll still spend the afternoon of our first day reviewing the basic mountaineering skills with ice axe and crampons.
*You may also be interested in our climb on Shasta’s north side on the Hotlum/Bolam Ridge. We also offer summit trips on a more relaxed schedule like our 3-day Mt Shasta Summit Climb via Avalanche Gulch, or via the Clear Creek route.
